This project formulates an analogy between pedestrian movement and transmission of neuronal signals.
The projects ambition is to investigate the possibility of deliberate implementation of basic principles of operation of the human neuronal system into urban
topographies. This project formulates an analogy between pedestrian movement and transmission of neuronal signals. The human brain is able to constantly reconfigure its connections, to learn new ones and to get rid of outdated paths of
transmission. Cities learn and forget connections in a similar fashion - it only takes longer. The idea was to investigate a interface which enables topography to instantaneously react to movement and reconfigure itself accordingly.
